The Leonardo Da Vinci saying we would like to adopt as our philosophy, vision and lifestyle. The environment that surrounds us and in which we live is a harmonious space that we wanted to honour by leaving the exteriors of the old rural buildings as they were. Enriching them, for example by allowing lots of space for the growth of the creeping ivy on the external walls and the wild plants and flowers, was the natural continuation of our way of doing things.

A concept we felt obliged to reiterate also with the interiors, where we have maintained the architectural styles of the time and used materials in keeping with the original aesthetics. The decor stands out for its absolute quality but at the same time is both simple and comfortable. We like to think of Quercia al Poggio as a refuge from the everyday stress of modern life. Simple yet comfortable apartments with breathtaking views of the surrounding countryside. Accompanied by panoramic terraces for al fresco lunches and dinners or refreshing pre-dinner drinks in the fresh evening breeze; so we can revitalise our souls as well as our bodies. But our focus on nature hasn’t seen us compromise

on comfort and guests at the resort can enjoy a range of domestic appliances and mod cons: oven, dishwasher, microwave, barbecue, fridge, freezer, fireplace, kitchen area, coffee machine, washing machine, ventilators, mosquito zappers and Wi-Fi connection.
The double rooms, combined with other rooms with twin beds, are perfect for both couples and families with children, while the apartments with two double rooms are designed to accommodate those travelling with friends or relatives. Almost all apartments come with private garden or terrace to cater for those who regard their privacy as an absolutely essential prerequisite. Naturally, all apartments have one or more private bathrooms with shower.
